Oktober 1988 auf ihrem Land gelebt haben, kein Recht auf die offizielle Anerkennung \u2013 Demarkation \u2013 dieses Landes haben. Das Abstimmungsverh\u00e4ltnis war eindeutig bei richterlichen 9 Pro-Stimmen und 2 Contra-Stimmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nach Bekanntwerden der Ergebnisse brachen indigene Gemeinschaften in ganz Brasilien in Jubel und Freude aus. <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Gerichtsurteil ist ein Teilsieg im Kampf um indigene Rechte, da der Kongress in Brasilia klar von Vertretern der allm\u00e4chtigen Agrarlobby dominiert wird. Deren Ziel ist bekannterweise die Expansion\/billige Aneignung weiterer zigtausender Hektar an Regenwald-Fl\u00e4chen, damit verbunden Abholzung, Abbrand, und anschliessender Nutzung als Farmland.
